The most classic of Deutz cuvées does not mean trivial, however. Deutz Classic champagne derives its perfect harmony from the three Champagne grape varieties which intervene in equal and constant parts in its assembly. Her golden dress dances in the flute, her fine and light bubble rises with grace. We note at first glance its sweet aromas of acacia flowers, confectionery, reinette apples and brioche bread. Then the wine gains in size, its silky texture reveals the beautiful balance between the freshness of Chardonnay, fruity, the structure of Pinot Noir and the touch of vinosity of Pinot Meunier.
