Clément white agricultural rum, produced according to the precepts of the founder of Clément rums, Homère Clément, is the fruit of the distillation of pure sugar cane juice. The Vesou obtained by fermentation of this cane juice is distilled at a low degree in order to retain a maximum of aromas. The powerful aromas resulting from this distillation then exalt fresh, floral, lemony and vegetal notes from the different varieties of sugar cane used. Characterized by its floral and fruity notes, this Clément white rum develops scents of white flowers and citrus flavors and is particularly appreciated in long drinks or ti punch.
This Clément 50 ° white rum won the Concours Général Agricole in 1992, 1995, 1996, 1999 and 2009 where it won the highest distinction.
