Our vegetarian pepper is grown locally in Martinique. It is different from hot pepper, its shape is more elongated while hot pepper, which is rounder. Its skin is smooth and green, orange and red in color when ripe. It is used daily in West Indian cuisine to season but also for the famous dog sauce.
